Films 1-10 minutes long $10.00 per year
Films 11-20 minutes long $15.00 per year
Films 21-30 minutes long $20.00 per year
Films 31-45 minutes long $25.00 per year

There are a couple of reasons for the nominal fees. The first is to help us defray the costs for our hosting fees. The second is to ensure that our community doesn’t become a massive free site where individuals submit “films” shot on their cell-phones, for example.

We have an elaborate marketing plan underway, and our market research indicates we will receive approximately 200,000 visitors each month with half of them from unique IP addresses.

This is an extremely large potential audience for your film and a great way to begin networking with other film enthusiasts. We also have the following features for you to take into consideration:
1. New films will be displayed on the home page of the site for 30 days, giving your film top billing.
2. Each film is voted on in several categories. You will be able to review your feedback and always know what is working and what isn’t.
3. We have several features that will randomly pull from all the films in our theater that way your film still ha a high chance of being seen even when it is no longer “new”.
4. Your film stats are available for your review. Complete with comments, and your film’s viewing over time.

ONLY independent films will be accepted and kept on the site. Again this is a wonderful opportunity for student filmmakers and independent filmmakers to have there work seen and promoted.

You should get the rights for all music used in a film; you are competing to have your film released on our compilation DVD. We assume that all filmmakers have permission and we will not be held liable for any legal action that may occur by posting a film that has copyrighted music used without permission. Please refer to our TERMS OF USE.

Indeed we did. Our inaugural contest will feature winners in the following categories based on genre, viewers’ choice and judges’ choice:
1. Short (ten minutes or less)
2. Mid-length (eleven to twenty minutes)
3. Feature (twenty one minutes to forty five)

Winners will receive several prizes from our various sponsors, TheBackUpPlan.tv goodie basket, an achievement award and a copy of our compilation DVD with all the winning films.
